hair before the INOA treatment
Just this spring, I was thrilled to be contacted by VOGUE as one of ten bloggers to try the L’Oréal Professionnel INOA hair color at a local salon and share my experience with you. My hair is a deep chocolate brown, so I was kind of curious (and nervous) about how this might change the look, feel, and texture. But, 100% ammonia free, INOA uses a rich oil-based delivery system that maximizes the effectiveness of the color, and the creamy formula optimizes scalp comfort and better preserves the hair fiber. Basically, the oil enriches the hair, making it softer and shinier than it was before! After reading for years that color is nothing but damaging, I was extremely interested in trying out this line. And, as you can see from the image below, I certainly was not disappointed. I made a visit to the local Humphrey’s Salon in Irving, Texas which has recently been remodeled. They matched my hair color as closely as possible. After sitting for around thirty minutes, they rinsed my hair with a special shampoo to remove the oil-based INOA product. I must say, an ammonia free product is great as you don’t have to sit there with a headache from the chemical’s overpowering smell. Next, was the blow-out – I was anxious to see if I would notice a difference!
hair after the INOA treatment
After the blow dry my stylist actually told me it looked as if I’d had a Brazilian blowout! My hair felt amazing with a sleek look and shiny color. And, it was no longer just chocolate brown – it was a deep, elegant, sparkling chestnut with a glamorous natural shine. It was truly incredible to see what one single treatment could do! In addition, with repeated use, the health and texture of your hair actually improves through using INOA and hair color continues to enrich with repeated deposit. Essentially, the more you stick to this one oil-based product, the better your hair will be! As you can see from the images above, I certainly had a wonderful premiere experience with INOA.
