I have been entertaining myself lately by mixing a variety of prints from my closet. Floral prints with polka dots? Nautical stripes and plaid? This season, it’s all about letting your imagination run wild when it comes to complementary patterns and colors. And, when in doubt, use a pretty painting (like the one featured above) for inspiration. After all, if you mess up, you can always paint over it.
