I have been following the collections of the Veronica Beard clothing line for the past few years.  Launched in the fall of 2010 in New York City, sisters-in-law Veronica Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard decided to create a clothing line that complemented their busy lives (and amongst their two families- raising 7 children).   Beginning with the jacket/dickey combination as a core piece of every collection, the duo is always sure to combine fashion and functionality each and every season.  I love the flair and mix of prints in the spring/summer 2012 collection.  The brand emanates individuality with a true loyalty to beautiful cuts and sharp tailoring.  The pieces are flattering, wearable, and easy to accessorize.

And, the best part?  The pieces are certain to remain classics in your wardrobe- by no means will Veronica Beard garments seem dated or labeled last season.  To merge the feeling of “of the moment style” with a true timelessness is a seemingly difficult feat Veronica Beard has flawlessly executed.  I wish I could own every piece of their spring/summer collection and pre-order the entire collection currently displayed on Moda Operandi for fall/winter 2012- simply lovely.
