La Prairie Skin Caviar Liquid Lift
We all know that traveling can be taxing on the skin. Long flights can dry out the face and leave you with a look of fatigue before you even begin your trip. Last week, I was lucky enough to try La Prairie‘s new Skin Caviar Liquid Lift through the Caviar Express Lift Facial at the La Prairie Spa at the Ritz-Carlton Spa in New York City. La Prairie is celebrating 25 years of ageless beauty since introducing its original brand icon the Skin Caviar Dermo Beads which started the “caviar craze.” The new Skin Caviar Liquid Lift takes the original golden caviar pearls and combines them with a fresh formula and the newest technologies to deliver an instant lift to the skin.
This serum is perfect for addressing wrinkles and fine lines – restoring the skin’s firmness, elasticity, and a youthful glow. During my experience of the new 30 minute facial, I was lead into a treatment room and given a shoulder and neck massage with a hot towel. Next, the Purifying Emulsion from La Prairie was massaged into my skin for an initial cleanse followed by the application of Age Management lotion to tone my skin, neck, and décolleté.

Then, the Skin Caviar Liquid Lift was massaged onto my neck and skin using warm dermaglobes to assure the serum was fully absorbed. For my eyes, the Essence of Skin Caviar Eye Complex was applied – to be sure they received a lift as well! Next, was the “lifting massage” using the Extract of Skin Caviar Firming Complex for added firming and absorption. A warm mask was then applied to my face (the Hydralift Firming Mask) with a scalp massage.
Was I at ease? Relaxed would be an understatement. Once my mask was removed, the Skin Caviar Liquid Lift was reapplied, followed by the Skin Caviar Luxe Eye Lift Cream, and the Skin Caviar Luxe Cream. My lips also received a fabulous exfoliation and moisturizing treatment using the La Prairie Lip Renewal Concentrate and my pleasurable facial treatment ended with a light mist and another scalp massage.
How did I feel? How did my skin look? As I sat in the relaxation room completely at ease, I looked in the mirror and could certainly recognize a visible difference in the luminosity and texture of my skin after the facial. My skin, once dehydrated and parched, felt dewy, youthful and simply glowed! My forehead looked firmer and my cheeks and eye area certainly had experienced the “instant lift” that was promised. I looked as if I’d been hanging out at the spa for the past week – not just 30 minutes!
I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to experience this amazing treatment.
